In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, Saint James gladly accepts returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the date of sale if accompanied by original invoice for orders placed on this website. 

Please kindly return the article in perfect condition, ensuring that it has not been worn nor washed, with no traces of makeup, no smell of perfume or tobacco.

You can send the item(s) back to us at the address below with the original invoice using any trackable method, at your expense. Please be certain to insure the package. Saint James is not responsible for shipping fees or lost/stolen packages.

SAINT JAMES gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
