Return policy

In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, SAINT JAMES is pleased to accept returns of unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order.


Please note that our SAINT JAMES website store is only authorized to accept returns for purchases made on this website (eu.saint-james.com). 

Purchases made through an authorized retailer or in another country cannot be returned to our website store.


Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached. Please ensure that the item is returned in perfect condition, free from any traces of makeup or any perfume or tobacco odors.

 

SAINT JAMES reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirements.


To start your return, you may access our return portal by following this link "Return portal" and follow the instructions.

Please follow the steps below to return your item(s):

  1. Prepare your package


    Choose packaging that fits the size of the items you are returning. We recommend using a bag or compact packaging to avoid additional shipping costs.

    2. Place the items in the package

    Place all the items you selected to return, including this note, inside the package and seal it securely. Remove or cover any old tracking or shipping labels.

    3. Attach the return label

    Print the Return Label below and affix it securely to the outside of the package. If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label attached to this document.

    4. Drop off your package at a DHL Express location

    Go to https://locator.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code) to locate your nearest DHL Express points.

    5. Or schedule a DHL pickup

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
